Customer Service​/Team Member - Go Greek Yogurt (Beverly Hills and Santa Monica stores

As a Go Greek Associate you will be responsible fordeliveringexceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have apositive experience throughout our store. Additionally, as an Associate youwill share product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers by answering any questions, assisting with product suggestions, educating and exposing them to products of interest.

• Providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a passion for our food
• Greeting Customers and establishing eye contact
• Responding positively to customer’s inquiries and assists customers with purchases, information, and product selection
• Speaking to customers in a respectful manner and maintain patience in addressing customer concerns
• Scanning products,processing credit cards and cash handling
• Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipeand presentation standards
• Providing customers samples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities
• Following health,safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Washing, cleaning and preparing of fruit and vegetables according to food safety procedures
• Cleaning and maintains frozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchen areas
• Be friendly, courteous and respectful of fellow team members – have a positive attitude
• Arrive to work on timeand ready to work at the start of their shift.

• 7 to 10 years of customer-facing work; looking for maturity in serving customers
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Requires the abilityto bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Requires the abilityto speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Ability to exert 25pounds of effort to push or pull a cart and the ability to lift and carry aminimum of 40 pounds
• Stooping, kneeling,reaching
• Sufficient dexterity to operate kitchen utensils and a computer keyboard
• Will involve long periods of sitting, standing or walking (about 90%)
• Requires the abilityto learn and maintain knowledge of Go Greek’s products and procedures
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nightsand/orholiday
