• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures according to company policy
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Organize stockroom and ensure merchandise is accessible for staff
• Support inventory control and partner with team to minimize shrinkage
• Ensure registers and safe are operated accurately and support timely bank deposits
• Implement visual display and merchandising standards as directed
• Oversee daily store maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of fixtures
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and appropriately
• Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets
• Strong verbal and written communication and multitasking abilities
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance in a fast-paced environment
