Assistant Store Manager - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager at the Rodeo Drive boutique supports the Store Manager in driving sales, maximizing productivity and ensuring adherence to company procedures. This role supervises Client Advisors, Cashiers and Support Staff, owns client data and analytics for North America, and helps implement store initiatives. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for visual presentation, operational compliance and managing controllable expenses.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and support Client Advisors to drive sales and client engagement.
• Own client data and analytics for North America and help implement strategies to exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage and supervise daily goals and tasks of staff.
• Train, develop and mentor Client Advisors, Cashiers and Support Staff.
• Manage back-of-house operations, maintain store manuals and logs (alterations, transfers, consignments, safe log).
• Ensure compliance with sales audit tasks, policies, procedures and dress guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses including payroll and assist in shrink control.
• Lead visual presentation planning, execution and adjustments; implement company initiatives within the store.
• Support recruiting, retention and overall store personnel supervision.

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Deep knowledge of luxury retail and product.
• Demonstrated responsibility, ownership and ability to drive results.
• Team oriented with experience supervising and developing staff.
• Proactive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of store operations and back-of-house processes.
