The role supports back‑of‑house efficiency and client service by managing stock, repairs, after‑sales, and operational processes. Responsibilities- Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency and day‑to‑day operational workflows
- Manage inventory, stock control, and after‑sales repairs
- Support client services and ensure processes meet brand standards
- Oversee store facilities, systems, and related maintenance tasks
- Assist with financial, policy, and procedural compliance
- Coordinate with sales teams to support client care and service delivery
- Experience in a retail operations or similar role
- Highly organized with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Client‑service oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment
- Ability to handle inventory management, repairs, and after‑sales processes
- Luxury retail experience preferred
