Client Advisor - Neiman Marcus

Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while driving individual and team sales. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service, CRM outreach, and an omnichannel mindset. Support store standards including visual presentation, stock procedures, and loss-prevention.

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent in-store service following the client journey.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships and follow-up opportunities.
• Promote an omnichannel approach and collaborate with other departments to maximize sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through cross-selling and proactive engagement.
• Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate to the line manager when needed.
• Contribute to loss-prevention and ensure a high level of security awareness.

• Passion for retail and selling in a luxury environment.
• Interest in fashion, art, and design with product category knowledge.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships and using CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
