Summary
Client Advisors deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience on the sales floor, building long-term relationships with clients and achieving sales goals. The role focuses on personalized client service, in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining flagship store standards on Rodeo Drive.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise and styling.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and support store floor operations and transactions.
- 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays and the ability to work a retail schedule.
