Selling Supervisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports the boutique's client experience and is accountable for meeting individual and store sales objectives while maintaining operational and asset protection standards. This role works closely with the sales team and selling support to ensure a high level of service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The position also oversees floor organization, POS accuracy, and inventory preparation to support sales efforts.

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support client experience and sales efforts
• Maintain stock of merchandise and point-of-sale supplies; follow visual merchandising guidelines
• Process transactions accurately, maintain CRM and sales records, and assist with after-sales administrative support
• Follow asset protection procedures, participate in cycle counts and physical inventory preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and selling floor
• Provide prompt, high-quality customer service including wrapping and packaging at POS

• 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay even-tempered, and work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Open availability to meet business needs
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
