OVERVIEWAs a Full-Time Stock Supervisor at our North Beverly store,you’lllead back-of-house operations that are vital to our premium customer experience.
You’llmanage high-volume shipments,maintainstockroom organization, and ensure product accuracy and flow, enabling the store team to meet consumer demand with confidence and efficiency.
In this fast-paced, high-profile location, your leadership will ensure operational excellence while upholding Salomon’s brand standards during both routine and peak business periods.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Oversee Stock Operations:
Manage daily receiving, processing, and organization of inventory to support uninterrupted sales floor productivity.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy:
Own RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ensure precise recordkeeping to reduce shrink and stock discrepancies.
Drive Stockroom Standards:
Keep the stockroom clean, accessible, and organized—ensuringrapid turnaround and replenishment, especially during weekends and peak volume days.
Lead and Train Team Members:
Provide training and day-to-day guidance to associates supporting shipment processing and inventory upkeep.
Support Floor Execution:
Partner closely with store leadership and visual teams to enabletimelystock flow andmaintainmerchandise presentation standards.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
Back-of-House OperationsLead all shipment receiving and processing, managing an average of 90+ boxes per week.
Use cellar door access and back entrances when needed to avoid disruption on the sales floor.
Ensure shipment flow is organized, labeled, and completed on time to support daily business needs.
Manage RTV processes to minimize errors andmaintaininventory integrity.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the stockroomat all times.
