At GEARYS Beverly Hills, we believe in the art of gifting. As a seasonal Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in crafting a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our valued clients. You'll leverage your creativity, attention to detail, and impeccable presentation skills to create beautiful gift packages that embody the essence of GEARYS Beverly Hills.

We are currently recruiting to fill this temporary assignment role. Hours will be part-time from September/ October, then full-time hours through mid-January and hours will depend on operational demands. Must be able to work up to 6 days per week, including some Sundays and available to work from day after Thanksgiving through day after Christmas.

• Elevate the customer experience by ensuring pristine presentation of our luxury products through meticulous gift wrapping and packaging.
• Employ a keen eye for detail and consistency to ensure each gift package is visually stunning.
• Pack and ship merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts, organize current stock, and other projects to achieve well-functioning day to day operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a seamless workflow and efficient gift-wrapping process.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation, adhering to GEARYS Beverly Hills' brand guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with sales associates to ensure timely gift wrapping and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of gift-wrapping supplies and promptly restock as needed.

• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently with wrapping paper, ribbons, and other supplies.
