Summary
The Client Advisor at the Rodeo store acts as a brand ambassador, creating memorable, personalized experiences for a diverse luxury clientele. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, advising across all product categories, and contributing to individual and team sales objectives. This in-store position requires strong commercial awareness, curiosity, and a customer-centered approach.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance.
- Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories with personalized service.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
- Previous retail or customer-centric experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Commercially driven, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours consistent with retail operations and maintain high standards of professionalism.
