Sales & Leasing Specialist - Professional Studios

Marshell Group Inc. is hiring a Sales & Leasing Specialist to fill our luxury professional studios with top-tier stylists, barbers, and wellness professionals. You are the revenue engine — commission-driven with uncapped upside.

  Beverly Hills & South Park DTLA, Los Angeles, CA
• Compensation: $55,000–$65,000/year (not including bonuses)
• Type:
  Full-Time | Base + Bonuses
• Background check required

• Drive studio occupancy by sourcing, qualifying, and closing prospective professionals
• Build and manage a lead pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events
• Conduct compelling property tours that communicate the MG value proposition
• Execute outbound campaigns (email, SMS, social DMs)
• Maintain detailed CRM records (Go High Level ) with pipeline stages and conversion data

• 2–4 years in sales, leasing, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue/occupancy targets
  
  Experience with consultative selling and relationship-based sales
• CRM proficiency (Go High Level , Hub Spot, or equivalent)
