• Monday – 9:30 AM to 1:45 PM
• Monday – 5:00 PM to 8:45 PM
• Friday – 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
• Saturday – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Sales Representative

Identify and welcome new potential members, build relationships, provide a positive experience, and move them through the sales process to a membership sale. Assist with member retention and provide unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and discovering individual goals and needs
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Assist clients with booking needs
• Develop selling skills and maintain sales funnel with prospective clients
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  
  Take pictures for social media platforms
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal‑oriented with ability to achieve sales of memberships and retail
• Self‑motivated and takes initiative
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Competitive base rate of $18.50 per hour plus commission on sales
