Richemont, a leading luxury sector company, invites experienced professionals to manage its sales channels.
YOUR MISSIONManage a sales channel (direct, online, or retail), develop and implement channel sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to build relationships with decision‑makers and ensure effective information flow.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call and deliver tailored presentations to decision‑makers, gather and analyze information, and secure agreement to customer requirements.
- Cultivate a personal network within the business sector, represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance visibility.
- Configure complex product-and-service solutions and associated contractual terms that meet customer needs, negotiate agreements within predefined parameters, and review or deviate proposals as needed.
- Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners.
- Control specific segments of business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Manage a portfolio of contracts, negotiate service‑level agreements, and supervise activities related to major contracts.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of external partners.
- Develop product education courses to meet identified needs.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining accreditations and understanding of emerging regulations.
- Ensure all activities comply with the company’s diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
- Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
Expected Salary Range: $26 to $28 (commission eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
