• Drive full-price sales across key product pillars and meet individual sales goals.
• Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand catalogues.
• Support store initiatives, product launches, special events, and promotional activities.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, opening and closing duties, and other store projects as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to store policies, and communicate effectively with management and peers.

• Relevant retail or selling experience preferred with a demonstrated passion for working with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for learning and achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable using computers and common software; familiarity with retail systems preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
