Summary

Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, build lasting client relationships, and maximize individual and team sales. Capture client information in CRM, embrace the omnichannel approach, and meet sales targets through personalized service and cross‑selling. Maintain high standards of visual presentation, store operations, and security.

• Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional in‑store service following the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized outreach and future opportunities.
• Promote and support the omnichannel customer experience and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Proactively engage in cross‑selling to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs and targets.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor presentation and visual standards, following operational and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and loss‑prevention efforts.

• Passion for selling and working in a store environment with interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Proven experience building long‑lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result driven, resilient, self‑motivated, and solution oriented.
• Good knowledge and passion for the managed product category.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
