Summary

Act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional luxury customer service to maximize individual and team sales. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through a personalized, omnichannel approach and accurate CRM management. Ensure a memorable in‑store experience while supporting visual standards, loss prevention, and achievement of sales KPIs.

• Welcome and serve clients, placing the customer at the center of the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with other departments for cross‑selling opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising per company guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
• Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

• Proven passion for selling and working in stores, with experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation, result‑driven attitude, and problem‑solving skills.
• Product knowledge and enthusiasm for the managed category.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
