Sales Supervisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to help increase store productivity and performance. This role assists management with sales generation, team coaching, and maintaining store standards.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain client book and regularly follow up to meet clienteling sales goals
• Assist Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
• Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
• Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with management
• Process customer repairs when requested
• Adhere to store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory presentation, and shipping/receiving
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization
• Demonstrate proficiency in store computer programs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, team-player attitude
• Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
• Proven selling skills with ability to meet personal sales goals
• Strong clienteling and customer development skills
• Ability to learn and effectively convey product information
