Summary
The Fashion Advisor delivers elevated client service and uses fashion expertise to build client relationships, drive sales, and inspire brand loyalty. This full-time, in-store role works collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
- Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
- Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Receive repair requests and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
- Collaborate with teammates to exceed client expectations and support business results.
- At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience and fashion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
