The Sales Manager leads the in-store selling experience and helps achieve sales and event goals. This role develops a high-performing team, strengthens client relationships, and delivers personalized service.
Responsibilities- Build client relationships and grow repeat business through appointments, outreach, and exceptional service.
- Coach and develop the selling team in clienteling, sales behaviors, and customer engagement.
- Use technology and social media to acquire clients, strengthen relationships, and make targeted recommendations.
- Keep the team informed about merchandise and in-store events to maximize selling opportunities.
- Four-year degree.
- At least three years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven record of managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
- Proficiency with available technology, including Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
