As a Overnight Security Supervisor at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $31.25 per hour.

A day in the life of our Security Supervisor … it demands high levels of energy and responsibility in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and passion to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Security Supervisor accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

• Our Security Supervisor are responsible for securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry during their day. This will include conducting fire and safety patrols on all shifts.
• Clearly and pleasurably communicate with guests, visitors, management and team to their understanding, both in person and on the telephone and all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving loss prevention, personal escorting from and to the hotel rooms on special occasions such as weddings. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Security Supervisor and the security team.
• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Security Supervisor are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Security Supervisor must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Security Supervisor are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel.

Our Security Supervisor must be able to physically walk the property checking in with all departments. Security Supervisor must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Security Supervisor must be able to quickly run to all emergency situations including Fire and Medical calls. Security Supervisor must be able to perform CPR kneeling and conducting chest compressions fora long period of time as necessary.

Security Supervisor must be able to physically defend themselves in a physical altercation with a Suspect in regards to the rules of engagement. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk, sit for long periods of time up to 8 hours, to reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls.
