Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and community amenities, checking credentials and/or authorizations for entry, and assisting with visitor and vendor check-in procedures;
Document patrol activity, observed hazards, policy violations, and incident details in written reports and/or logs, and communicate relevant information to site leadership
