As a Security Officer Security Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic retail location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will respond to security-related concerns, assist guests and staff, and bring an agile, reliable, and caring approach while working with integrity and teamwork each day.

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon  10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
Fri 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
Sat 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
Sun 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
