Security Officer Part Time Patrol Estates

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor property access points and observe resident and visitor activity to help support community rules, report maintenance or lighting concerns, and address questions in a professional manner.;
Assist with access control-related tasks, visitor interactions, and/or after-hours observations while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
