Asset Protection Supervisor - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor enforces and protects company assets including merchandise, money, equipment, and people at the Beverly Hills flagship store. This role reports to the Asset Protection Manager and focuses on loss prevention, safety, investigations, and training of asset protection associates. The supervisor maintains security protocols, conducts audits and inspections, and partners with store management and law enforcement as needed.

• Train, coach, and supervise asset protection associates and delegate daily AP duties
• Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain accurate records and logs
• Investigate incidents and follow up with APM and relevant parties
• Manage physical security including access control and key audits
• Monitor POS reports and Cegid reports for negatives, voids, returns, and quota items
• Maintain and oversee AP equipment such as radios, CCTV, and cyberkey systems
• Coordinate with local law enforcement for theft reporting and response
• Participate in damage meetings and partner with floor management in absence of APM
• Supervise off site sales and manage APA PTO and scheduling

• 1-2 years asset protection, retail, or managerial experience preferred
• Security license or required certificates where applicable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and public speaking ability
• Problem solving and decision making skills with attention to policy compliance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Ability to operate necessary equipment such as radios and CCTV
