As a Security Officer Welcome Center Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with strong communication and professionalism. In this highly visible role, you will help deter incidents through attentive service while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that always acts with integrity.

- Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thu: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity from the front desk, deter unauthorized access, and report unusual incidents or conditions to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed.
- Support access control processes by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary badges or passes, and directing guests to the appropriate destination.
- Answer phones, provide information, and assist with other front desk and security-related administrative duties within a commercial real estate location.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
