Corporate Security Supervisor
We are searching for an experienced, committed, and forward-thinking Corporate Security Supervisor who will oversee all security operations with the highest level of professionalism. The Corporate Security Supervisor is responsible for leading on-site security personnel, ensuring all designated post orders and client expectations are met, and maintaining a safe, secure, and professional corporate environment.
Expectations for this position are for the supervisor to be highly organized, possess exceptional leadership skills, maintain a keen eye for detail, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and effectively communicate with both the client and assigned security personnel while ensuring the success of the account.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead all assigned security personnel during daily operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and Treston Security Services management
- Ensure officers comply with all post orders, company policies, and client expectations
- Conduct routine inspections and patrols to identify security risks, safety hazards, or policy violations
- Greet incoming staff, guests, clients, vendors, and business partners in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, clients, vendors, and partners
- Assist with the resolution of investigations in partnership with the on-site client, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement as needed
- Interface with a variety of security systems including access control devices, intrusion detection systems, alarms, and CCTV
- Complete daily and weekly operational reports while ensuring officer documentation is accurate, detailed, and professional
- Maintain proactive communication regarding the condition of the site and any operational concerns
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management of assigned officers
- Provide leadership during emergencies and ensure appropriate response procedures are followed
- High School Diploma or GED (Additional Education is beneficial)
- Previous Security Supervisory experience required
- 5+ years of Professional Security Experience (preferred)
- Military experience preferred
- Must have a valid, non-expired BSIS Guard Card
- Must own a clean, tailored Black Suit, Black Tie, and Black Dress Shoes
- CPR First Aid training and certification Required
- Experience in Customer Service / Client Engagement
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a reliable means of communication (i.e. phone) and transportation
- Have the ability to commute, or travel up to 20+ miles
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (additional languages are beneficial)
- Must be willing to participate in the Treston Security Services pre-employment screening process and background investigation
- Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Be an effective team leader with courteous manners
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
