As a Security Officer at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $33.70 per hour.

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry during shifts, and conducting fire and safety patrols.
• Communicate with guests, visitors, management, and team—both in person and on the telephone—to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Handle special requests involving loss prevention and personal escorting from and to hotel rooms on special occasions such as weddings.
• Identify and report imperfections, collaborating with other positions to address them.
• Coordinate with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment and operational efficiency.
• Perform required physical tasks: stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours; use a computer keyboard and mouse; lift and carry up to 50 lbs; respond quickly to emergencies; perform CPR and chest compressions; defend yourself in a physical altercation; work indoors and outdoors in all temperatures.

• Minimum of 3 years of Security Officer or relevant work experience.
• Must possess and maintain a CPR/First‑Aid certification.
• Hotel, bar, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid State Guard Card is a plus.
• Proficient in English; primary language used in the hotel.
• Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain flexibility, and work during nonstop hotel operations.
