Location: Beverly Hills, CA & Surrounding Areas Pay Rate: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and location Full-Time Positions | Overtime Opportunities

St. Moritz Security is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Unarmed Flex Security Officers to support our growing portfolio of high-end luxury retail boutiques in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.

Due to expanding contracts and new business awards, we are hiring for multiple full-time positions.
Overtime opportunities are available, especially during the upcoming holiday season.

Flex Security Officers must be available to work DAY / SWING / GRAVE shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for committed professionals who demonstrate exceptional customer service, professional conduct, and high standards of appearance and grooming.

• Observe, report, and protect all assigned areas of the property.
• Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence.
• Interact professionally with customers, employees, management, and vendors.
• Report unusual incidents, safety concerns, and security issues to management.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Monitor daily site activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

• Minimum one (1) year of luxury or high-end retail security experience .
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to work day, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
