** Overview*
* The Building Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.

Hourly Pay Rate: $35.00 weekly pay

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

** Responsibilities*
* - Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures

- Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

- Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary

- Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed

** Qualifications*
* Required:

+ Formal knowledge of HVAC Components (VAV's, Air-Handlers, Pumps, unit ventilators, etc.)

+ Experience that is commensurate with the specific facility for the position of Building Engineer

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ As required, highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license

+ Computer skills and building automation systems experience required.

+ Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements as required.

+ EPA 608 Certified (preferred)
