This full-time Heating Air Conditioning Technician or Installer role is an on-site position based in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades, Ca. All experience levels are welcomed, Apprentice to Journeyman

• Experience with Preventive Maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Understanding of Electricity and electrical components used in HVAC systems, including motors, controls, and wiring.
• Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a related mechanical trade; familiarity with residential and commercial systems is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Commitment to safety practices, including proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective gear.
• Effective communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
