Job Summary

At Life Stance Health, we are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group seeking a full‑time Psych Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in California. The role offers flexibility to treat patients as the provider prefers and to manage their own caseload.

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, model based on productivity.
• Sign‑on bonus

• Licensed in California
• Active CA license
• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experience in both medication management and therapy
