A Little Bit About Our Team

Musicow is the world’s first platform to turn music copyrights into investable financial assets. We’ve launched a native mobile app powered by Security Token Offering (STO), allowing users to buy and trade fractional music rights just like stocks.

Now expanding into the U.S. market, we’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can both code and lead — someone who can build a local development team in Los Angeles, drive product growth, and turn complex financial services into intuitive user experiences.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Mobile Developer who enjoys building real products end-to-end and is comfortable owning both mobile and backend components of a modern fintech application.

As a Full Stack Senior Mobile Developer at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:

• Build, ship and maintain high-quality native mobile applications
• Own mobile features end-to-end – from technical design to production release and iteration
• Implement intuitive, responsive, and native-first user experiences that meet high standards for performance, reliability, and accessibility
• Work closely with design team to ensure accurate execution of UX/UI while preserving platform-specific best practices
• Develop and integrate backend services that support mobile experiences, including
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Integrating third-party services (payments, identity verifications, analytics, etc)
• Collaborate on backend development using Node.js / NestJS or equivalent frameworks

• Design and work with data models and storage solutions using

• Ensure data integrity, security and performance in transaction-heavy workflows

• Manage the mobile application lifecycle, including
• App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) submissions and updates

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend services

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and compliance partners to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams across US and Korea

• 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on mobile development
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production mobile applications used by real users
• Strong hands-on experience with native mobile development (iOS & Android)
• Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization
