Associate Attorney

Our client is a well-established and growing personal injury law firm based in Bingham Farms, Michigan. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a dynamic personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, with a strong interest in litigation and client advocacy.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case evaluations
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation and trial work as needed

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan (or ability to obtain promptly)
• 1–5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills

• The annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$100,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
