We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to guide our customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make. Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or looking to transition your excellent customer service skills into a high-earning career, we provide the training and environment you need to succeed.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:- Connect with Customers: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their unique needs, and match them with the perfect vehicle from our extensive Chevrolet and GMC inventory.
- Expert Guidance: Lead test drives, demonstrate vehicle features and cutting-edge technology, and clearly explain purchase or lease options.
- Build Relationships: Follow up with previous buyers and incoming leads to build a loyal, referral-ready book of business.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
