Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant – Manufacturing Environment This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants real, hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle—not just a narrow slice of it. As a Junior Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Controller and gain experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, inventory review, and audit support.

You’ll see how accounting ties directly into day-to-day manufacturing operations and how decisions on the floor impact the financials. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about how things work behind the numbers. You won’t be siloed into repetitive tasks—you’ll be involved in investigating discrepancies, supporting inventory cycle counts, helping maintain accurate financial records, and assisting with both month-end and year-end close processes.

You’ll also collaborate with different departments across the organization, so clear communication and a team-first mindset are important. This is a role where you can learn fast, ask questions, and build a strong foundation in both general accounting and manufacturing cost support. What you’ll gain:
