We have an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. This role is ONSITE Monday through Friday.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll strengthen the financial backbone that keeps our teams moving—ensuring payments, reconciliations, and records stay accurate and on time. This onsite, full-time role in Beverly, MA supports clean closes and reliable vendor relationships. This role is Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense items in Quick Books and related accounting systems.
• Prepare weekly payment runs; issue checks; process ACH and outgoing wire transfers.
• Prepare journal entries, support general ledger maintenance, and assist with month-end close.
• Generate AP aging reports; reconcile intercompany accounts and corporate credit card activity.
• Investigate and resolve AP questions with internal partners; process customer refunds as needed.

Required qualifications/skills:

• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounts payable experience.
• Advanced Excel/Word; strong attention to detail, communication, prioritization, problem‑solving.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
