Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing Manufacturing firm on a new Senior Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the manufacturing industry, hands-on experience working on month-end-close, and experience supporting the audit.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure inventory is properly valued.
- Evaluate manufacturing costs.
- Own variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Develop cost estimates for specific projects.
- Support month-end-close process.
- Work hands-on within the GL.
- Support the annual audit.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
