We’re seeking a polished, highly organized Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless workplace experience while supporting daily office operations and facilities coordination.

This position requires professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to interact confidently and effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives, on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors, employees, and senior leadership
  • Interact regularly with C-level executives, providing polished, responsive, and confidential support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and professional environment
  • Partner closely with HR to support onboarding and manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, executive visits, catering, and company events
  • Manage office supplies, breakroom inventory, mail distribution, and purchasing
  • Administer building access and badge systems
  • Serve as primary liaison for facilities vendors and maintenance requests
  • Support compliance efforts, audits, and workplace safety initiatives
  • Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of office administration or office management experience
  • Professional presence with the ability to confidently engage with executive leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Preferred: Experience supporting executive leadership or facilities operations; valid driver’s license.
