Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in an office environment. The ideal candidate is a high school senior or current college student with reliable transportation. This role provides exposure to administrative operations, industry training, and real-world business communications.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Process incoming and outgoing mail , including sorting, scanning, and distributing as needed.
Attend staff meetings as requested to gain insight into business operations.
Participate in Internship-related workshops and training.
Participate in carrier meetings as requested to observe industry relationships and processes.
Complete online industry training modules and maintain required learning progress.
Provide general office support to team members as needed.
Required Qualifications Must be a high school senior or enrolled college student .Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills , both in person and on the phone.
Ability to multitask , prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (not required)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).Comfort with learning new software or online systems.
