As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can help us scale without adding unnecessary complexity or slowing us down.
This role is hands‑on and central to how the business runs. You will work across design, production, and fulfillment to keep work moving, solve problems, and build better systems as we grow. This is not a sit‑back-and‑manage role. You will be in the middle of everything.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across design, production, and shipping
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth objectives and improve overall workflow
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement practical improvements
- Develop and maintain clear workflows from order intake through final delivery
- Work cross‑functionally with artists, warehouse team, and office staff to keep operations aligned
- Monitor performance and establish simple metrics to track progress and identify issues
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team structure as the company expands
- Communicate priorities clearly and ensure accountability across teams
- Address operational challenges quickly and implement solutions that prevent repeat issues
- Take ownership of problems. No passing issues off or waiting for direction
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business management
- Experience in a production, creative, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment preferred
- Experience working in a growing or small business environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to improve processes and increase efficiency
Experience managing people and holding teams accountable preferred
- Ability to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Clear and consistent communication across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to use data and observation to make informed decisions
- Work gets done on time without leadership needing to step in
- Fewer mistakes, faster turnaround, and smoother hand‑offs across teams
- Base Salary: $101,500
- Performance Bonus: up to 25% annually based on individual and company performance beginning January 1, 2027
