Objective:
The Innovation Coordinator (BIM/VDC) supportsprojectteamsbyapplying

Building Information Modeling (BIM),Virtual Design&Construction(VDC),Reality Capture,andemergingconstructiontechnologiesthroughoutallphasesofprojectdelivery.

Thisrolecollaborateswithprojectteams,tradepartners,anddesignprofessionalstoimprovecoordination,visualization,constructability,anddigitalprojectdeliverywhilesupporting

• DevelopandmaintainBIMmodelsthroughoutprojectlifecycle.
• AssistwithBIMcoordinationandclashdetection.
• Participateintradecoordinationmeetings.
• Supportprojectteamswithmodel-basedcoordinationandconstructabilityreviews.
• Developrenderings,animations,walkthroughs,andvisualpresentations.
• Assistwithconstructionsequencingandlogisticsmodeling.
• Supportmodel-basedquantitytakeoffsandearthworkanalysisfromBIMdata.
• Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,consultants,andtradepartners.
• Assistwithfieldlayoutsupportandmodel-basedconstructionworkflows.
• Performonsitescanningandrealitycapturedocumentation.
• Updateas-builtmodelsanddigitalprojectdocumentation.
• Support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project workflows.
• Assist with Digital Twinimplementationandassetdatacollection .
• MaintainBIMstandardsandprojectdocumentation.
• Support additional Innovation Groupinitiativesasassigned .
