North Shore Nursery School, in Beverly Farms, is seeking an experienced videographer/video producer to create a high-quality 2–3 minute promotional video that communicates the school’s educational philosophy and mission. The video will be used at fundraising events and hosted on the school’s website for ongoing promotional purposes.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, experience producing polished short-form videos, and the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.

• Plan, film, and edit a 2–3 minute promotional video aligned with the school’s mission and values
• Translate the school’s philosophy into a clear, compelling narrative
• Capture high-quality video and audio in classroom and campus environments
• Conduct and record simple interviews with faculty, administrators, or students
• Edit footage into a cohesive, professionally polished final product
• Incorporate music, titles, captions, and graphics as needed
• Collaborate with school staff to incorporate feedback and revisions
• Deliver final video files in formats suitable for live events and web use

• Demonstrated experience producing short promotional or storytelling videos
• Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-mixing skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a project from concept through delivery
• Clear communication and collaborative working style
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work (educational, nonprofit, or values-based storytelling preferred) is preferred
