** Position Overview
** The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing the visual communications for the School of Visual and Performing Arts and the Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts. The position designs print and digital marketing materials to promote academic programs, exhibitions, performances, recruitment initiatives, and special events, and manages the School's website and social media presence. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and College leadership, the Graphic Designer ensures a consistent and engaging visual identity across all communications, including the development of the Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) brand.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Collaborate with the Dean, Director of the Center for the Arts, Campus Curator & Gallery Director, Chair of Performing Arts, faculty, and staff to develop creative concepts that support the School of Visual and Performing Arts' strategic marketing, recruitment, and branding goals.
* Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through production, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
* Design print and digital marketing materials, including posters, brochures, postcards, exhibition catalogs, event programs, signage, recruitment materials, advertisements, and other promotional pieces.
* Oversee the School's presence on the website and create engaging social media content to support recruitment, audience engagement, fundraising, and event promotion.
* Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop integrated marketing campaigns for exhibitions, performances, lectures, admissions events, and community outreach.
* Prepare exhibition graphics, signage, and installation materials.
* Maintain institutional brand standards while incorporating current design trends and emerging technologies.
* Assist in all accreditation processes
* Maintain and oversee the update of digital files for publicity and archival purposes
* Attend School meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

** Community Engagement
