Position Summary: The Animation Student Marketing designer will help the program Coordinator in planning, designing, and executing light marketing campaigns and creating content which will help to foster education and program communication in and around the subject of animation and the animation concentration. We are looking for a student with skills in and comfortable with communicating, outreach, and working independently. Our hope is that this position will help foster greater student community interaction with the concentration and connect our animation community with the broader school community in meaningful and positive ways.
Responsibilitiesand Tasks:
- Help foster our animation community through social media engagement, in-person screenings/workshops/meetups, or other creative solutions for community engagement.
- Consistently work with the Animation Coordinator to create a plan on how best to generate engagement in the community
- Frequent communication with students, faculty, and staff
- Oversee and moderate online content and communication tools
- Design and share content that helps engage the community and foster connection
Preferred Qualifications:
Junior or Senior in the Animation Concentration, 3.0 GPA or higher, preferably some experience in working as part of a team and/or have experience working on outreach content for themselves or others.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:Indoors, at a computer or in meetings. Occasionally walking around the campus to speak or interact with students/faculty/staff. Otherwise not physically strenuous.
