Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc is seeking a Patient Care Representative to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with scheduling and inquiries, and support front desk operations. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, experience with Epic EMR is a plus, and bilingual candidates (Spanish and/or Portuguese) are highly preferred. The position offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday in a moderate noise environment.
