Customer Service Representative – Beverly, MA
I have client located in the Beverly, MA area that has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position is a contract with possible hire and must be worked on site. The incumbent will maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for commercial or military clients, managing inquiries, orders and support requests, and handling RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes.
Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- High school diploma;
Associates or Bachelors preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal)
- Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients – able to manage inquiries, orders and support requests
- Able to handle RFQs, RFPs, and contract review processes
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Monitor order status and communicate updates
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite
- Knowledge of military standards is a plus – ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001
