Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $55,000-$60,000/Yr.

• High school diploma;
  Associates or Bachelors preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal)
• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients - able to manage inquires, orders and support requests
• Able to handle RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Monitor order status and communicate updates
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite
• Knowledge of military standards is a plus - ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001
