North Shore Endodontics - Beverly is a specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We believe in creating a welcoming environment for all our patients and aim to provide care with compassion and respect. We are seeking a Practice Lead to join our front desk staff. The Practice Lead serves as the business partner to the Endodontist and is responsible for leading operations within the practice. This is a full-time, hourly position with a schedule of Monday through Friday.
Highlights of Practice LeadDuties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and adheres to industry standards and regulations
- Greet and welcome patients - check-in/out
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Verify and process patients dental insurance - review treatment plans and out-of-pocket fees with patients
- Monitor and follow up on insurance claims and accounts receivable
- Build strong relationships with referring dental practices and coordinate referrals/record transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor and order office supplies, paying attention to budgeting
- Collaborate with clinical staff and doctor to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dental Practice Lead, Manager, or Dental Front Desk role
- Proficiency with dental software and MS Office suite
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance/dental billing
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
