Seeking BC/BE Overview:
Seeking Anesthesiologists to join an established, highly regarded anesthesia team north of Boston. 221-bed community hospital with a long-standing reputation for quality and patient safety. Team currently consists of 10 full-time MDs, 4 part-time MDs, and 16 CRNAs. Collegial, supportive practice environment with decades-long quality track record. Provide regional anesthesia and OB anesthesia services. No cardiac, neuro, pain management, or critical care coverage required.

Equal call distribution among MDs. Weekday first-call shifts are 13 hours with pre- and post-call days off. Nocturnist opportunity available. Position Offers:
Base salary range: $400,000-$575,000. Performance-based incentives may be available. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice coverage. CME allowance. Generous PTO.
