Urology opening in Massachusetts Located in Beverly, MA - Boston 20mFull-time, permanent position

Seeking BC/BE Overview:
Seeking a General Urologist to join an established and expanding clinical team in Beverly, MA. Community-based practice with strong integration to a tertiary academic medical center. Replace 1 of 4 physicians within a well-established urology practice. Current team includes 3 fellowship-trained urologists and 1 APP, with an additional APP being recruited. Full-scope general urology practice serving a high-demand patient population.

Shared call schedule approximately 1:4. Excellent OR access and strong administrative support. Access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art OR facilities. Subspecialty support available in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, and endourology. Clinical Scope Includes:
Management of benign urologic conditions. Endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery. Laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL. In-office procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions. Opportunities in women's health, incontinence procedures, and BPH therapies. Position Offers:
Base salary range: $350,000-$450,000. Two-year guaranteed base structure. Performance-based incentives may be available. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice coverage. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Completion of ACGME-accredited Urology residency. Eligible for Massachusetts medical license. Strong clinical and communication skills. Interest in community-based practice with subspecialty access. Fellowship training welcome but not required. About the Area:
